We understand we cant get it right every time. If you are not happy with your purchase please send it back to:

Please use the bag/box it was sent in and attach our address to the front (returns address found on our website) . Please note returns are not free and must be paid by the customer. 
 
Please note when returning your purchase/purchases:
 
  • Items must be returned within 14 working days of being received  
  • Items must not be visible worn, damaged, or marked in any way what so ever. items must not have any odours, this includes aftershave, deodorant or smoke. 
  • Items must have all relevant tags still attached. 
  • When returning shoes they must be inside the box, unworn. 
Once we have received your item you have three options 
 
  • Refund- Please not this may take up to 5 working days depending on your bank. 
  • Store credit- This is done instantly, just use it at the checkout. 
  • Exchange-  To exchange please let us know via email at; orders@mustardclothing.co.uk
